I introduce you...*drum roll*...to the 5 daily battles.

As you already know. Every single day of our lives we are battling Part X/The Devil/Inner Enemy. The force inside every one of us that will stop at nothing until it destroys all our potential.

This is where the 5 daily battles come in. Now, you are probably wondering... What the hell is this guy talking about?

THE 5 DAILY BATTLES

Changing your life seems like this complex endeavor.

Yet. It's really not.

It all comes back to the choices you make today. In fact, the choices you make this moment. Because time is relative. Have you ever noticed that an entire day could feel like an hour? Or other times it feels like every minute is dragging extremely slow?

We go through life from moment to moment.

And the choices we make NOW impact the choices we are likely to make in the NEXT moment.

The game is won and fought right now and today.

In order to truly change your life, you must change what you do on a day to day basis.

It's not a complex thing. We got to stop thinking about it that way. 

Your life won't improve 5 years from now. Or at that next seminar you go to.

Your life improves in the NOW.

Let's say you are reading this article with shitty body language. 

And now, since I just brought your attention towards it. You fix it.

You relax your jaw. You let go of the tension in your neck and shoulders.

You open your chest.

You plant your feet firmly on the ground.

By doing this - you have completely altered your future reality.

See, the biggest changes come from the smallest steps. I know it seems trivial "Oh wow, now I have good body language..big deal!"

But it is a big deal.

Hypothetical situation. Imagine this for me.

You switch your body language and now you feel happier, lighter and in a better mood. Next, you go to your kitchen and instead of eating garbage you cook yourself a healthy meal. All this feeling good and now your thinking of going to the gym. So you put on your shoes and go for a walk. On the walk, you begin to notice all the beauty around your area. Things you overlooked before. In front of you, some girl is walking her dog. You ask to pet it, something you usually don't do. She says, yes and next thing you know your married with two kids.

It's a hypothetical of course but you get my point.

Life is a battle of momentum.

Your decision to +1 your life right NOW is making it easier to +1 your life in the next moment.

You are either +1 or -1ing at any moment.

Now, back to the 5 daily battles. 

Think about the most important areas of your life.

  • Body / health / wellness
  • Business / career / work
  • Spiritual / faith / practice
  • Mindset / Emotional
  • Money / Finances
  • Social / Friends / Family

Choose 5 of the most important areas for you.

For me right now (this can change at any moment). It would be my body, money, business, mindset and spiritual.

Because of Covid-19 - social priorities are dead last. 

So again, Body / Money / Business / Mindset / Spiritual.

Those are the battlegrounds every day.

Every day you will do an action to improve your life in these five areas.

One positive move minimum. It could be small. It could be one pushup. One conscious breath. One email reply pertaining to business.

The 5 daily battles are here for you to get in contact with the force of momentum.

Every day you are building habits. Habits that over time, will form your character and your success.

Every day you improve. You +1 on the areas of your life that are most important to you.

Now, as an example, here are my current 5 daily battles:

  1. Body. I am doing 100 burpees every morning on my balcony since I can't train Muay Thai or go to my gym. 
  2. Money. I focus on one key business metric and improve it. These days it involves delivering the highest quality subliminal audio here.
  3. Business/Finances. What you give your attention to, grows. I look at all my numbers and make financially smart decisions.
  4. Spiritual. I meditate in the mornings and at night I pray.
  5. Mindset. I listen to subliminal audio, a minimum of 20 minutes studying a skill I am developing. 

This is what I do. You do what works best for YOU. You are in charge. You change it however you want. 

Whatever happens during your day, just keep this in the back of your mind. 

Think about your core 5 battles. How YOU can improve it by 1%. How you can continue riding the train of massive momentum that will take you to your favorite destination, success.
